A blend of Pinot clones, this wine is sourced from our Somerset Vineyard on the site of a former rose nursery.  We have used Whole Bunch Fermentation and wild yeasts in the pursuit of pure, expressive Pinot Noir. Black Sunday is a fundamental articulation of terroir. The wine has spent 100 days on skins, then into 10% new French oak; it is filtered but not fined.

You will experience a full palate of plums, mulberries and cherries, with a dash Christmas Fruit Mince Pies - you may even detect a hint of old fashioned roses.
