“In October 2009, Marble Hill was bought by Patricia and Edwin Michell in response to a request for expressions of interest by the Government. The central condition of the sale was that Marble Hill would be rebuilt to the original plans of William McMinn. Construction is expected to commence in summer 2010/11.
